How to bake pears: an original recipe with raisins and nuts

You can often hear about baked apples - but why is sadness worse? They can be used to make an amazing dessert that will suit even those who are losing weight.

Baked fruits are considered softer and sparing for the digestive tract and the body as a whole - but at the same time they retain some of the nutrients and vitamins.

The tradition of baking in the oven is very common in Ukraine. apples - but not everyone does this trick with pears. But they turn out no worse. And they have a very original taste.

How to bake pears with raisins and nuts

You will need: 4 pears, 1 tbsp. oatmeal, 70 g ground almonds, 50 g butter, 3 tbsp. raisins, 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, honey and yogurt to taste.

How to cook. Put the oven to preheat to 180-190 C. Combine oatmeal, sugar, almonds and cinnamon, add oil and stir until smooth.

Cut pears in half, cut out the middle. Place the oatmeal mixture in the indentations. Place the pear halves in a baking dish and brush with melted butter on top.

Bake 25 minutes until tender. The filling should brown a little. You can sprinkle with honey or yogurt before serving.
