Diet juices for children: recipe step by step
Do you like lush and mouth-watering juices, but complain about a low-quality producer?
A great way to make juices do it yourself at home. The quality and taste will definitely pleasantly surprise you.
You will need:
- Corn flour - 50 g
- Oat flour - 50 g
- Baking powder - 0.25 tsp l.
- Cottage cheese - 35 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Cooking method:
- First, combine all the dry ingredients together.
- Then add 35 grams of cottage cheese and one egg.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly.
- Turn on the food processor for 20-30 seconds to get the dough into a lump.
- Remove the dough from the bowl.
- Place the filling cottage cheese, egg white and 5 grams of oatmeal in the same bowl.
- Grind the dough to a smooth paste and divide into 5 pieces.
- Form each piece into a ball.
- Roll an oval cake out of each bun.
- Place the filling on half of the flatbread and cover with the second half of the flatbread.
- Place the juices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake them at 180 ° C until tender, about 18 minutes.
Advice
Be sure to grease the juices with yellow on top before baking. This will help give them a golden brown finish.
