Cooking method:

  1. First, combine all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Then add 35 grams of cottage cheese and one egg.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Turn on the food processor for 20-30 seconds to get the dough into a lump.
  5. Remove the dough from the bowl.
  6. Place the filling cottage cheese, egg white and 5 grams of oatmeal in the same bowl.
  7. Grind the dough to a smooth paste and divide into 5 pieces.
  8. Form each piece into a ball.
  9. Roll an oval cake out of each bun.
