What products age the face

Many people consider nutrition in terms of maintaining a good figure - but they forget that not all foods are equally good for the skin.

Dermatologists can tell at a glance which foods are in your diet with surplus. And no matter how much you justify yourself with a moderate diet, the person will tell the whole truth for you.

There are four groups of products that leave the most noticeable mark on the face and age it the most.

Wine

This can include other alcohol, but in the female case it is most often wine. This is a noble and tasty drink, which, thanks to competent marketers, is associated with celebration and relaxation, not alcoholism and aging.

How a "wine" face looks like: wrinkles appear primarily on the bridge of the nose and in the corners of the eyes, the nasolabial folds, cheeks are very prominent hang down, the oval of the face "floats", the pores are enlarged, the cheeks are reddened, visible vascular networks, dehydrated.

Alcohol dehydrates the body and, in particular, the skin, which leads to wrinkles and creases, also destroys collagen, making the skin less elastic. Alcohol abuse leads to sagging eyelids, exacerbation of inflammation, a noticeable rash and vascular networks in the cheeks and nose.

How to fix the situation: the decision is obvious - to exclude alcohol from your menu. For at least three weeks to see a noticeable result and cleanse the body of toxins. It is not necessary to give it up for life, but you need to minimize it. Ideally, you should have 5 days a week without alcohol and the remaining two days without going straight. You should also drink plenty of clean water.

Gluten

How does a "gluten" face appear: swollen cheeks with redness, age spots on the lower part of the face.

Very few people suffer from true gluten intolerance. But sensitivity to it can manifest itself in many, just less critical. For example, rash, spots, development of rosacea, edema.

How to fix the situation: try not to consume gluten-containing foods for at least 3-4 weeks, then carefully introduce them in a minimum amount, if necessary. You also need to drink plenty of water and keep an adequate amount of fiber in your diet.

Sugar

How the "sugar" face manifests itself: inflammation all over the face, longitudinal wrinkles, dark circles under the eyes, dry, thin skin with creases, dull complexion.

Sugar is found in a huge number of products, including the "non-obvious" - low-fat kefir, sauces, let alone muesli, desserts and pastries, bread and rice. The more fast carbohydrates in your diet, the worse the condition of not only the skin, but the whole body will be.

Glucose negatively affects collagen, which makes the skin sag and wrinkles deepen. Also, a large amount of sugar disrupts digestion processes, contributes to rashes on the face, acne, distortion of the face contour, edema.

How to fix the situation: just stop eating sugar. It is difficult, but possible. Fruit and dried fruit should be your dessert, and refined sugar, bread, rice, sushi, low fat and / or sweet yoghurts are the rare exception, not the rule.

Milk

What a "milky" face looks like: small rashes all over the face, inflammation on the chin, bags under the eyes, puffy eyelids.

It is not for nothing that milk is considered a controversial product, and many doctors are inclined to think that only children and aged 1 to 3 years can drink it.

With age, it becomes more difficult for the body to digest lactose. Moreover, we are talking about both whole milk and its processed products, including cheese and cottage cheese. As a result, the use of milk and dairy products affects the condition of the skin.

How to fix the situation: Cross out cottage cheese, yoghurts, whole milk, cheese, sauces with the addition of milk or its products from the daily diet. Of course, sometimes you can pamper yourself with your favorite foods, but only occasionally and not in excessive quantities.
