Diet apple strudel in pita bread: recipe step by step
Do you want something tasty, but diet rules do not allow? Do not get upset ahead of time.
Strudel can also be dietary. To prepare it, you just need to show a little desires and patience. And also - find a suitable pita bread.
Ingredients:
- Lavash - 1 pc.;
- Cottage cheese - 150 g;
- Apples - 2 pcs.;
- Pear - 1 pc.;
- Raisins, nuts - a handful;
- Honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
- Cinnamon - to taste;
- Raw yolk - 1 pc.
Cooking method:
- Add honey to the curd.
- Then stir it thoroughly until it is pasty.
- Cut apples and pear into small cubes.
- Spread the curd evenly.
- Step back 5-7 centimeters from one edge.
- Then lay out the sliced apples and pear.
- Then sprinkle with raisins.
- Wrap the stuffed pita bread in a roll.
- Place the strudel on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the roll in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Your dessert is ready.
