You will need:

  • Potatoes - 2 pieces
  • Cucumber - 2 pieces 
  • Meat - 300 grams
  • Egg - 4 pieces
  • Radish - 1 piece
  • Dill - 1 piece
  • Green onions - 1 piece 
  • Sour cream - 5-6 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Kvass - 1.5-2 liters.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green peas - 150 grams 

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare food in advance.
  2. Boil potatoes and eggs.
  3. Then open the jar of peas and drain the water.
  4. Peel the potatoes.
  5. Then cut into small cubes.
  6. Also cut the boiled meat into cubes.

  8. Add green peas to a bowl.
  9. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  10. Next, peel them off.
  11. Cut the hard-boiled egg into small pieces and add to a bowl.
  12. Chop radishes, green onions and dill and send to a bowl.
  13. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Add mustard, sour cream.
  15. Mix everything well
  16. Strain the kvass through a strainer and add to the bowl to the mixed vegetables.
