Sultan-khanym was looking forward to the day of the hearing, after which the woman was to find freedom. And that day fell on Elif's birthday.
Sultan-khanim forbade her lawyer to tell the children what day the trial will take place. She wanted to surprise.
And finally that day has come.
Sultan-khanim went to the house of the Yoruk-khans, thinking that Elif was working for them, but Qiymet-khanim talked too dryly with the woman, and then she thrust a leaflet with the address into her hands and closed the door in front of her nose.
Having caught a taxi, Sultan-khanim reached the house where her children lived, and before she could get out of the taxi, she saw a car drive up to the house, from which Elif and Kahraman got out.
Sultan Khanym decided to watch her daughter and saw a touching scene of their farewell.
Elif explained to her mother that Kahraman had a meeting and she had to stay late.
Sultan-khanim did not really believe her daughter, but she did not even pry her.
But just a couple of days later, a terrible secret was revealed to her.
Kahraman decided to take Elif out of the city, but by the evening the roads were covered with snow and they had to stay overnight in hotels.
Elif called Nazla and asked her to tell her mother that she would stay at work until morning, because the banquet was being delayed at the company where she worked.
Sultan-khanym could not understand what kind of night work her daughter had, but decided to wait for her and ask her everything. But they didn't have to wait for the morning, Defne came to their house, who told Elif's mother that her daughter was trying to take her husband away and now they were resting outside the city together.
Sultan-khanym could not sleep for a long time, and after that she decided to search Elif's bed, where she found her daughter's diary.
From which I understood that her eldest daughter was pregnant by Kahraman.
After waiting for Elif, Sultan-khanim called her a dissolute woman, a shame for the family, and then hit her in the face, gathered Nazly and with the words “I no longer have a daughter” left home.
Nazly tried to explain to her mother that Elif had not lost her honor, but Sultan-khanim did not want to listen to anything.
