Sorbet is a great treat for girls who eat the right diet.

Shop ice cream is often not happy with its composition, but sorbet restaurants are often too far different from dietary dishes. However, do not be sad: you still have the opportunity to eat not only right, but also delicious. For example, make a peach sorbet at home.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large peaches;
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • 3 tbsp. l. brown sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l. water.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash and peel peaches.
  2. Then remove the bones.
  3. Cut them into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Use a blender to puree the peaches.
  5. Pour sugar into the water and put it on fire.
  6. Then heat it until the sugar dissolves and boil for 1 minute.
  7. Pour the sugar syrup into the peach puree and beat well with a blender.
  8. Cover with cling film and place in the freezer.
  9. Stir the sorbet several times during freezing.

Advice

The finished sorbet must be removed from the freezer 20-30 minutes before serving, so that it thaws a little.
