Biscuits with berries are a great quick snack that's easy to make at home.

Cookies with berries are cooked in just 15 minutes excluding baking. All the ingredients are available and the time consuming will definitely justify the taste of the dish.

Ingredients:

  • margarine - 100 gr;
  • flour - 2 tbsp;
  • chicken eggs - 1 pc;
  • granulated sugar - 170 gr;
  • berries - 250-300 gr;
  • baking soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • salt to taste;

Cooking method:

  1. Leave the margarine to melt at room temperature until soft.
  2. Put it in a bowl, mash with a fork.
  3. Add egg, add sugar.
  4. Grind the mass with a fork until smooth, then beat with a mixer.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and baking soda.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add flour gradually while kneading the dough. It should be tight.
  8. Roll into a ball and put it in the refrigerator.
  9. Mix thawed berries with 70 grams of sugar and cinnamon.
  10. Stir again.
  11. Set aside.
  12. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and grate one part on a coarse grater.
  13. Cover and refrigerate.
  14. Roll the remaining dough into a circle.
  15. Spread the filling without excess berry juice formed, stepping back 1-1.5 cm from the edge.

  18. Put it in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Advice

When you roll out, the dough will break and tear - this is normal. Just adjust with your hands. It is better to roll out on parchment, together with it it is easier to transfer the dough into a mold.
