Zucchini pancakes for losing weight: recipe step by step
Zucchini pancakes are a great option for both a separate dish and an appetizer for lunch or dinner.
Zucchini pancakes have many advantages over regular pancakes. For example, squash, which is nutritious vegetabletoning the skin and improving the digestive tract. For cooking, you need a minimum amount of time and a desire to eat right.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Corn flour - 200 g
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Cooking method:
- Wash the zucchini and cut off the coarse outer rind.
- Next, remove the seeds.
- Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, salt and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
- Then drain the excess liquid by folding the zucchini onto a sieve.
- Whisk the eggs in a cup.
- Add them to the grated zucchini and stir.
- Add herbs and garlic if desired.
- Add flour and stir again.
- The zucchini mass should be thicker in consistency than sour cream.
- Spoon the squash mixture into a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
- Fry pancakes over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn the pancakes over, reduce heat, cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Place the finished squash pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Advice
If the zucchini is young, then you can not remove the peel and seeds.
