Summer diet smoothie for losing weight: recipe step by step
Summer is a wonderful time to replace your usual breakfast with lighter variations.
Seasonal smoothies berries - an excellent opportunity to give the body a break from heavy food and temporarily overload and cleanse itself of toxins.
You will need:
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Pitted cherries - 50 g
- Honey - 10-20 g
- Cocoa powder - 10-20 g
Cooking method:
- Place a portion of the curd in the bowl.
- Throw the peeled berries into a blender.
- Add honey as needed.
- Pour in kefir.
- Whisk until finely chopped cherries and curd.
- Stir in cocoa powder to taste.
- Grind it down for a few more seconds.
- You can also fill the containers with curd and cherry smoothies and sprinkle with sifted cocoa or chocolate chips on top.
Advice
Choose dense cottage cheese with a fat content of 10% or more. This will help give the smoothie a rich flavor.
