  • Water - 75 ml

Cooking method:

  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Grind the cherry mass with a blender on mashed potatoes.
  4. Next, measure out 125 grams of cherry puree.
  5. Add 125 grams of sugar.
  6. Boil for 2 minutes.
  7. Set aside to cool.
  8. Combine agar and water.
  9. Leave it on for 10 minutes.

  13. Bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally, and simmer for 5 minutes.

  17. Add the other half of the protein and continue whisking.

  19. Slowly pour in hot agar agar in a thin stream, while beating.
  20. Beat constantly until the mixture has cooled to 38-40ºC.
