Ingredients:

  • Chicken egg 1 pc.,
  • Wheat flour 200 g,
  • Yogurt 150 g,
  • Soda 1 tsp the spoon,
  • Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons,
  • Milk 150 ml.,
  • Salt to taste
  • Powdered sugar to taste.

Cooking method:

1. Mix flour with salt and soda, add sugar and stir!

2. Pour yogurt and milk into the flour mixture, add the egg. Stir the dough until smooth, thoroughly.

3. Put the pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil, after cooking, sprinkle with powdered sugar!
