On the fourth day, the cherries need to be boiled, cooled and placed in a sterilized jar. You need to store pickled berries in the refrigerator.

Cherry and feta salad

You will need:

100 g cherries, 100 g feta, 2 tbsp. shelled walnuts, 1 bunch of lettuce, mint leaves, 2 sprigs of tarragon, 2 basil sprigs, 2 scallions, salt, sesame seeds, black pepper to taste, lemon juice and olive oil for refueling.

How to cook: Rinse greens and cherries, remove seeds from cherries. In a blender, combine tarragon, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, nuts - you should get a homogeneous mass.

Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands, finely chop the green onions, add the cherries and feta sliced ​​into pieces, pour the dressing on top, pepper, add the sesame seeds.

Top with mint and basil leaves for decoration.

Pork ribs with cherries

You will need: 1 kg of ribs, 300 g of cherries, 100 g of mustard, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 50 ml of olive oil, 1 tsp. ground red pepper, 3 tbsp. BBQ sauce, salt to taste.

How to cook: combine mustard, pepper, rosemary, crushed garlic, salt, olive oil Marinate the ribs in the resulting mixture for at least 2 hours. Divide the cherries into halves, remove the seeds, mix with the barbecue sauce.

Grill the ribs, 15-20 minutes after the start of cooking, grease them with sauce with cherries and fry until tender.
