Cooking method:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the eggs and with two tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together.
  3. Pour in the slightly warmed milk.
  4. Stir in flour gradually.
  5. Bring the dough to a creamy consistency.
  6. Pour in vegetable oil.
  7. Wash the berries for the filling and place in a bowl.
  8. Add sugar and vanillin - mix thoroughly.

  10. Pour half of the pancake dough into a hot skillet.
  11. Distribute it along the bottom, bending the pan with your hand in one direction or the other.
  12. When small bubbles appear on the surface, turn the pancake over.
  13. Place a tablespoon of berry filling in the center of the pancake
  14. Fold the edges of the pancakes to form a triangle.
  15. Wrap the top of the triangle towards the base. Close the right and left edges.
  16. Top the pancakes with the berry juice left over from the filling.
