  • 1/3 cup milk 

For the cream:

  • 200 gr. curd
  • 1/3 can of condensed milk
  • 1 hour l. starch

For jelly:

  • 1 hour l. agar agar
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Cooking method:

  1. Combine all ingredients for the dough except milk and mix well.
  2. Add milk and knead to a soft dough. Add more flour as needed.
  3. Now make the curd filling.
  4. For the filling, mix cottage cheese, condensed milk and starch into a homogeneous mass.
  5. Grease small muffin tins with vegetable oil.
  6. Roll out the dough thinly and place in a mold so that the bottom and sides are covered.
