You will need:
- 250 gr. flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g Sahara
- 1/2 tsp l. salt
- 2 hours l. baking powder for dough
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
For the cream:
- 200 gr. curd
- 1/3 can of condensed milk
- 1 hour l. starch
For jelly:
- 1 hour l. agar agar
- 1 glass of water
- 1/2 cup sugar
Cooking method:
- Combine all ingredients for the dough except milk and mix well.
- Add milk and knead to a soft dough. Add more flour as needed.
- Now make the curd filling.
- For the filling, mix cottage cheese, condensed milk and starch into a homogeneous mass.
- Grease small muffin tins with vegetable oil.
- Roll out the dough thinly and place in a mold so that the bottom and sides are covered.
- Spread the curd filling up to 1/3 of the mold height.
- Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the molds, until the edges of the dough turn golden brown and the filling is covered with yellow spots.
- Make the jelly until the baked goods have cooled.
- To do this, you need to mix water, sugar and agar-agar and bring the mass to a boil.
- Put chopped fruit in cooled baskets.
- Pour warm jelly over the top and leave to set.
