Fatigue, puffiness and calluses are just the beginning. Hence one of the most common diseases of women - varicose veins. If you constantly wear high-heeled shoes, the thumb deforms - the bone begins to protrude.

“In this case, the lower back suffers and the back problem is also present. Because of the overload, the back muscles get tired, ”says traumatologist Vladimir Zabashta.

But this does not mean that we must give up on all high heels. And you can wear them if you know a few secrets. First, alternate the days: if today you wear heels, then tomorrow it is better to wear different shoes. Secondly, it is better to wear high heels with a special insole that you can order for your foot. The paradox is that perfectly flat shoes are also nothing good. There should be a lift that will support the heel bone.

"The insole allows you to unload the foot, load it correctly and level some manifestations of flat feet," advises the surgeon Alexander Borkivets on the air of the Ukraine channel. "And the optimal heel height is 3-5 cm."

As soon as you feel tired in your legs, do a light exercise to quickly and easily relieve the calf muscles.

“You should pull the sock towards yourself, make such 15-20 movements and this will prevent blood stagnation in the lower extremities,” the surgeon comments.

Therefore, girls, in order not to harm your legs when wearing high heels, do not wear them every day, and better with a special insole. But it is better to give preference to shoes with heels up to five centimeters.
