The diet has two phases. During the first, you can lose about 3 kg. For three days in a row, you need to drink three servings of green juice, as well as once a day to fully eat permitted foods (no more than 1000 kcal).
From 4 to 7 days of the diet - you need to drink 2 servings of green juice and 2 meals are allowed from sirtfood products. You can eat no more than 1500 kcal per day.
In the second phase, you need to drink 1 serving of green juice per day and eat permitted foods three times.
