How to properly care for your skin

The appearance and health of your skin depend only to a small extent on the cosmetics you use.

Buy dear cream for the face and continuing, for example, smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, is clearly not the way to improve the condition of your skin.

To make it really healthy and radiant, and not require a couple of layers of foundation, it is enough to follow 7 simple rules.

1. Drink more water

More water = less wrinkles, remember this golden rule. With age, however, water alone may not be enough.

To nourish the skin after 30 years, it is worth connecting regular massages with oils and oil-based face masks.

2. Eight hours sleep

And preferably in a cool room with humid air. So you get the best sleep, your nervous system will fully rest, the body will recover, the cells will be renewed.

Lack of sleep primarily affects the skin - uneven tone, bruises, bags under the eyes. And in exactly the same way, healthy sleep transforms your appearance: the skin becomes even tone, has less inflammation and swelling.

3. Meditation

You can be so used to constant stress that you just don't notice most of it - it seems like a regular "cycle of days". But your skin on itself feels it perfectly.

And it quickly becomes lethargic, thin, dry - or vice versa oily, covered with spots, rashes.

To minimize stress on your skin, make it a habit to meditate regularly - at least 10 minutes a day. And this is how to cope with nervous tension, without resorting to overeating, alcohol or smoking.

4. Physical activity

Moderate exercise helps the digestive system work properly, improves blood flow, vascular health, metabolism, and keeps muscles in good shape.

All this directly affects the health of the skin and its ability to renew itself.

5. No touching

You can't touch your face not only during a pandemic - any beautician will tell you this. The less your hands touch the skin of the face, the healthier it is, the less rashes and any imperfections.

Especially need to watch your hands for those who like to squeeze out blackheads or pimples in passing. It is better to trust such things to a professional with sterile instruments.

But even if you decide to remove them yourself, you need to at least disinfect your face and hands. But it is better, of course, not to touch it at all.

6. Add grains and nuts to your diet

They are rich in unsaturated fats and support the production of collagen, which makes the skin healthy and firm. It is also useful for this to eat fatty fish, olive oil.

And, of course, vegetables should prevail in the diet. The amount of vitamins and nutrients in them cannot be replaced by any cream.

7. Find "your" beautician

It must be a professional with a medical education, with whom you are "on the same wavelength" and whom you trust.

It is the cosmetologist who can carefully analyze the condition of your skin and advise what it lacks: cleansing, nutrition, moisturizing, etc., prescribe proper care, advise which active ingredients in cosmetics to use Attention.

It is clear that it is not cheap, and many prefer to be "their own beauticians". But this is the same situation as with self-medication. In theory, it can help you, but it will not show you the true cause of the problem and the correct way to fix it.
