The ability to eat and not gain extra pounds is a gift of fate, for which I am very grateful. I can afford everything, as long as my digestive tract does not fail. And he fails sometimes, you know. This was apparently given to me for balance, so that all the sweets in the world did not get to me. Sly ones.

I'll tell you what helps me gain weight. Each kilogram is added with great difficulty. My friend aptly jokes that it is easier for her to lose 5 kg than it is for me to gain one. And I agree with her. And there is.

How to get fat right?

There are advisers who tell you that you need to crack the rolls before going to bed, smear them with peanut butter, but fatter. Go to McDonald's 3 times a week for fries, big burgers and cola. Yeah. Then you have to buy a subscription to a gastroenterologist. Annual, at least, but more often in the end it spills over into life.

Weight gain should be of high quality. Not to harm, but to benefit. Ideally, if you go to a trainer who draws up your workouts and menus and you gain muscle mass instead of fat. Fat, too, if there is a drawback, but good. Strength loads, the right amount and ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, a certain calorie do good deeds.

In an exacerbation, of course, everything is strictly according to the doctor's recommendations, after that, you can gently increase calories, moving towards a calorie surplus, if there are no contraindications.
