Ingredients:

  • Low-fat kefir - 0.5 cups;
  • Water - 0.5 glass;
  • Oatmeal - 2 cups;
  • Prunes - 200 g;
  • Nuts - 50 g;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Take a glass of oatmeal and pour boiling water over it.
  2. Let it swell properly.
  3. Grind the second glass of oatmeal into flour.
  4. Combine chopped and swollen oatmeal together.
  5. Add kefir, eggs, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
  6. Soak prunes in apple juice.
  7. Chop it finely.
  8. Chop the nuts until crumbled.
  9. Add prunes, nuts and vegetable oil to the dough.
  10. Sprinkle the baking dish with flour.
  11. Put the dough in it and bake the muffin preheated to 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
