What to cook for losing weight on a diet: oatmeal cake with prunes
Diet doesn't always have to make you starve yourself. Sometimes you need to show just a little culinary desire to prepare a real dietary masterpiece.
Be sure to try baking oatmeal at home cake with prunes. Both tasty and healthy!
Ingredients:
- Low-fat kefir - 0.5 cups;
- Water - 0.5 glass;
- Oatmeal - 2 cups;
- Prunes - 200 g;
- Nuts - 50 g;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- Baking powder - 2 tsp;
- Eggs - 2 pcs.;
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
- Take a glass of oatmeal and pour boiling water over it.
- Let it swell properly.
- Grind the second glass of oatmeal into flour.
- Combine chopped and swollen oatmeal together.
- Add kefir, eggs, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
- Soak prunes in apple juice.
- Chop it finely.
- Chop the nuts until crumbled.
- Add prunes, nuts and vegetable oil to the dough.
- Sprinkle the baking dish with flour.
- Put the dough in it and bake the muffin preheated to 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
