What to cook on a losing weight diet: banana cookies
Your diet doesn't always have to prevent you from eating really tasty foods. After all, when losing weight, not only food is important, but also a good mood.
Take a few minutes to cook and get a delicious, and most importantly - nutritious and healthy banana biscuits without a gram of sugar.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp. l. oatmeal,
- 50 g low-fat cottage cheese,
- raisins - a handful
- berries - a handful
- 2 wedges - dark chocolate
Cooking method:
- Mash the bananas.
- Add cottage cheese and beat with a blender.
- Then add the grated chocolate and then the berries.
- If your dough is thin, you can add more flakes or flour.
- Form a cookie from the dough.
- Place it on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
