Your diet doesn't always have to prevent you from eating really tasty foods. After all, when losing weight, not only food is important, but also a good mood.

Take a few minutes to cook and get a delicious, and most importantly - nutritious and healthy banana biscuits without a gram of sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp. l. oatmeal,
  • 50 g low-fat cottage cheese,
  • raisins - a handful
  •  berries - a handful
  • 2 wedges - dark chocolate 

Cooking method:

  1. Mash the bananas.
  2. Add cottage cheese and beat with a blender.
  3. Then add the grated chocolate and then the berries.
  4. If your dough is thin, you can add more flakes or flour.
  5. Form a cookie from the dough.
  6. Place it on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
