What to cook for losing weight on a diet: strawberry candy
Do you want to please yourself not only with tasty, but also healthy dessert?
Diet is not a reason to deny yourself sweet joys. Especially when you can make them yourself. Moreover, in season berries it is a real crime not to cook something from them.
Ingredients:
- Strawberries - 700 grams
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
- Peel the strawberries from the stalks.
- Then remove and remove the berries.
- Place the strawberries in a colander and rinse well.
- Grind the strawberries in a blender until mushy.
- If the strawberry tastes sour, add some sugar or honey to it.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the strawberry puree in a thick layer.
- Put the oven on the lowest temperature.
- Place the baking sheet at the maximum height in the oven.
- Dry the pastille in an open oven door for about 3-5 hours.
- Cut the finished marshmallow into strips of 5-7 cm.
- Remove the parchment and roll the pastille into rolls.
