Meatballs with oatmeal
You will need: 400 g chicken fillet, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. hot water, 50 g of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, a third of a teaspoon of paprika and ground black pepper, 1 onion, 1 tsp. salt, 3 cloves of garlic.
How to cook: fillet and onion need to be ground in a meat grinder, squeeze garlic into the minced meat. Add spices, egg, water, cottage cheese and oatmeal. Mix everything thoroughly, form small meatballs. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Pumpkin meatballs
You will need: 400 g turkey fillet, 400 g pumpkin, 80 g hard cheese, 2 eggs, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 onion, 250 g tomatoes, salt and spices to taste.
How to cook: the fillet must be ground into minced meat. Grate the pumpkin and cheese, add to the minced meat, squeeze the garlic there, chop the parsley finely, add salt and seasonings. For the sauce: finely chop the onion, fry until transparent, add chopped tomatoes, salt and sugar.
Bake meatballs on a baking sheet, drizzle with sauce, 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meatballs with cheese
You will need: 700 g minced meat, 150 g champignons, 100 g feta cheese, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to taste, a few sprigs of parsley.
For the sauce: 400 ml tomato juice, 3 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1/2 tsp. dried basil, salt and sugar to taste.
How to cook: finely chop the onion and chop the garlic, mix with the minced meat, add the egg, finely chopped mushrooms and parsley there. Add salt and spices.
When forming meatballs, put a piece of feta cheese in each. Fry until golden brown in a skillet.Cooking the sauce: fry the chopped onions and garlic, whisk the tomatoes with a blenderlm, add to the onion, simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomato juice, salt, pepper and sugar, basil, bring to a boil. Pour the meatballs with the sauce and simmer under the lid closed for another 20 minutes.
Meatballs with buckwheat
You will need: 500 g minced chicken fillet, 300 g boiled buckwheat, 100 g onions, 100 g carrots, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook: finely chop the onion, mix well with buckwheat and minced meat, salt and pepper, add the egg. Form meatballs, place in a saucepan. Pour in a little water, season the meatballs again, add the shabby carrots on top. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
