What to cook for a child in quarantine: diet shawarma

Ingredients:

- 2 pcs - small tomatoes such as cream or ladies' fingers

- Leaf salad
- 2-4 st. l - sour cream or yogurt without additives
- 2 cloves - garlic
- to taste - Greens and salt
- 4 tbsp. l - soy sauce
Cooking method:
First, prepare the chicken fillet.
Pre-marinate it in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Then bake the meat in the oven on the grill mode for 20 minutes until cooked at a temperature of 180 ° C
Cut the vegetables into neat strips.
Rinse greens and lettuce and dry with a towel
Prepare the sauce.
Finely grate the garlic, finely chop the greens and combine with yogurt or sour cream.
Next, spread the pita bread and brush it with sauce.
Layer the following ingredients: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper and chicken.
Close the bottom of the pita bread first.
Then the left one, overlapping the filling, and then the right to the left.
Leave the top open.
