Grigory German shared a recipe for an ideal boiled pork for the Easter table

Very soon every home will be filled with the aroma of baked meat. Traditionally, Ukrainians bake baked pork with garlic and carrots, but this time the presenter of the Ukraina channel surprised with the new taste of such a familiar festive dish.

To make boiled pork according to Grigory German's recipe, you need:

  • Pork - 1.5 kg
  • Sour apples - 3 pcs.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Spice

Method of cooking boiled pork:

We start cooking by mixing oil, salt and pepper. Grease the washed and dried meat with the prepared mixture. Cuts should be made in the meat so that the salt and spices penetrate deeper. Grease it again and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

While the meat is baking, prepare the apples. Heat oil in a frying pan and add sugar. At this time, we cut the apples and send them to the frying pan - caramelize.

Put the finished caramelized apples to the meat and send them back to the oven for another 25 minutes. Then we take out a fragrant boiled pork, on which we spread a few pieces of butter and lemon zest, as well as a couple of sprigs of rosemary and thyme - set for another 25 minutes.
