Making your mornings enjoyable and rewarding is easier than you think. All you need to do is make aromatic cinnamon rolls.

Today we will share a simple recipe making fluffy buns that will make your morning good.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 530 grams
  • Dry yeast - 10 grams
  • Sugar - 200 grams (75g in the dough, 130g in the filling)
  • Butter - 110 grams (60g in the dough, 50g in the filling)
  • Cinnamon - 20 grams
  • Milk - 200 milliliters
  • Egg - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla sugar - 15 grams
  • Yolk - 1 piece

Cooking method:

  1. Mix warm milk with sugar, yeast and three tablespoons of flour.
  2. Leave them in a warm place to rise for 10-15 minutes. Add eggs, melted cooled butter and stir everything together.
  3. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough with a spoon.
  4. Spread the mixture on a surface with the flour and roll out the soft dough.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

  7. To make the filling, stir together the cinnamon, vanilla sugar and regular sugar.
  8. Knead the dough and roll it out 1 cm thick.
  9. Brush the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with the cinnamon filling and roll into a roll.
  10. Cut the roll into 1.5 cm thick circles.
  11. Place the buns on a greased baking sheet and let sit for 20 minutes.
  12. Brush the buns with shaken yolk.
  13. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  14. Cover the finished buns with a towel.
