What to cook for a schoolboy for breakfast: simple cinnamon buns
Making your mornings enjoyable and rewarding is easier than you think. All you need to do is make aromatic cinnamon rolls.
Today we will share a simple recipe making fluffy buns that will make your morning good.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 530 grams
- Dry yeast - 10 grams
- Sugar - 200 grams (75g in the dough, 130g in the filling)
- Butter - 110 grams (60g in the dough, 50g in the filling)
- Cinnamon - 20 grams
- Milk - 200 milliliters
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Vanilla sugar - 15 grams
- Yolk - 1 piece
Cooking method:
- Mix warm milk with sugar, yeast and three tablespoons of flour.
- Leave them in a warm place to rise for 10-15 minutes. Add eggs, melted cooled butter and stir everything together.
- Add the sifted flour and knead the dough with a spoon.
- Spread the mixture on a surface with the flour and roll out the soft dough.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- To make the filling, stir together the cinnamon, vanilla sugar and regular sugar.
- Knead the dough and roll it out 1 cm thick.
- Brush the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with the cinnamon filling and roll into a roll.
- Cut the roll into 1.5 cm thick circles.
- Place the buns on a greased baking sheet and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Brush the buns with shaken yolk.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- Cover the finished buns with a towel.
