Sooner or later in the life of the mother and baby, the moment comes when it is time to introduce the first complementary foods.

Do not introduce new complementary foods if your baby recently had an illness or had a routine vaccination. Do not introduce a new product if your baby is in a bad mood or naughty.
Start complementary meals with one-piece meals, with mashed vegetables for lunch and fruit purees for breakfast.Introduce each new product no earlier than a week later. The most optimal option is to introduce a one-component dish every two weeks.
