It's time to cook something tasty for the closest people.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml of water
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1 tsp butter
For filling:
- 400 g apples
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 60 g sugar
Cooking method:
- For the pancakes, beat the egg with salt and sugar, add milk and sifted flour.
- Whisk until smooth, then gradually add water while stirring the dough with a spoon. In consistency, it should resemble homemade sour cream. To avoid greasing the pan while frying, add melted butter.
- For the filling, in a butter saucepan, melt the sugar and add the peeled and diced apples, followed by the cinnamon and vanilla. The apples must be simmered until they are soft but still slightly firm (otherwise they may lose their shape).
- Fry the pancakes, put the filling on each pancake. Ready-made pancakes can be garnished with a mint leaf and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
