Maternity payments
Every pregnant woman, including those who have not reached the age of majority, has the right to receive maternity benefits.
Also, pregnant women are granted leave, its duration is 126 days (70 days before childbirth and 56 days after the birth of the child).
- From January 1, the payment for this period is 2207 hryvnia,
- From July 1, the amount of the payment increases to 2307 hryvnia,
- From December 1, pregnant women will receive UAH 2384.
Payments at the birth of a baby
The amount of payment for a child is fixed in the state budget for 2020, so when the first child is born, the mother receives 25,000 immediately and 2083 monthly.If the child is the second in the family, then 50,000 hryvnia is immediately paid, and the amount of the monthly payment increases to 4166 hryvnia.
The state will immediately pay the mother of the third child 100,000 hryvnia and 8333 every month.
