What to cook for a schoolchild for breakfast: cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin

Ingredients:
- 300 g pumpkin,
- 200 g of cottage cheese,
- 200 ml of milk
- 30 g butter
- 1 egg,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina,
- 50 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- salt to taste.
Cooking method:
- Before you start cooking the cottage cheese and pumpkin casserole, cook semolina in milk, add butter to it and cool to room temperature.
- Peel the pumpkin, peel, seeds and core and cut into small cubes.
- Pour some water over the pumpkin to cover the pumpkin and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain off excess water, purée the pumpkin and cool slightly.
- Rub the curd through a sieve to get rid of lumps. Add warm semolina to the curd mass and mix well. Then add pumpkin puree, vanilla sugar and stir again.
- Beat the egg with a pinch of sugar until frothy and gently stir into the dough.
- Put the mass of cottage cheese and pumpkin in a greased form and send to the oven preheated to 200 ° C. The cottage cheese and pumpkin casserole will be ready in 30-40 minutes.
- Cool the finished pumpkin-curd casserole, remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve with sour cream, milk or honey.
