What to cook for schoolchildren for breakfast: nut pie

Ingredients:
- flour - 200 g;
- large apples - 2 pcs.;
- walnuts - 200 g;
- lemon - half of 1 pc.;
- sugar - 200 g;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 20 g.
- Prepare the apples: come up, peel and viscera, cut into small cubes (1 cm). Add the juice of half a lemon and sugar, stir and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
- Let's get down to the nuts. If you have unpeeled walnuts, remove the peels, then place the nuts in a non-oil pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time. Chop the nuts after that, but keep in mind the whole nut pieces should feel in the pie, so don't overdo it.
- Next, add flour and baking powder to the nuts.
- Remove the apples from the refrigerator and add the egg yolks and lemon zest.
- Stir in both apples and nuts mixtures.
- Whisk the whites and gradually add them gently into the mixture.
- Prepare the pan - place baking paper and grease the pan with butter.
