What to cook for schoolchildren for breakfast: honey cakes

Then you should definitely pay attention to honey gingerbread - joy to you and happiness to children.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp milk
- 30 g butter
- 1 egg
- 2.5 tbsp Sahara
- 2.5 tbsp icing sugar
- 250 g wheat flour
- spices to taste
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 2 tbsp honey
- Combine sugar with honey and add 2 tablespoons to them. water. Place the mixture on low heat to make a syrup. When the syrup boils, boil it for 2-3 minutes. Do not simmer too much. Stir the liquid constantly. Remove from heat and remove foam.
- Mix the butter with the egg and add the cooled honey syrup (not cold, warm) to the mixture. Stir well again and add flour, baking soda, a small pinch of salt. Also, send your favorite spices to the mixture (in any quantity).
- Knead the dough. It should be soft and pliable. Roll out a round sheet about 8 mm high, shape the gingerbread cookies of any shape and place them in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
- For glaze, pour milk into the powder, while the powder should be 2-2.5 times more than the liquid. Boil the glaze over low heat for 3-4 minutes, grease the gingerbread cookies and get ready to please the whole family.
