Cooking sour cream in a pan (recipe)

You no longer need to bother baking cakes in the oven - you can quickly figure out the dessert in a pan.
Today we will share recipe juicy sour cream, the preparation of which will take you no more than half an hour, and the aftertaste will remain for a long time.
Ingredients:
- flour - 3 cups (380 g)
- sour cream - 200 g (20%)
- butter - 30 g.
- sugar - 200 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- salt - on the tip of a knife
- vanillin - to taste
Cream:
- sour cream - 600 g
- sugar - 180 g
- vanillin - to taste
- Combine warm sour cream with sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla and softened butter.
- As a result, a liquid mixture should come out.
- Add flour. If the dough does not reach the consistency where it can be easily rolled out, then add more flour.
- Try not to overdo it - if you add too much flour, the cakes will not come out so airy.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
- Put the skillet on the fire without oil.
- Take turns - roll out the cakes very quickly: while one cake is being baked, you need to have time to roll the next one.
- On each side, you need to bake the cake for about a minute.
- Chill the cakes on a wire rack or other device - and fold.
- Cut all the cakes on a plate or lid of a suitable size to give them a round shape.
- Leave the cut pieces for sprinkling.
For the cream:
- Combine sour cream with sugar and vanilla.
- Calculate the cream correctly so that it is enough not only for the cake, but also for the top and sides.
- Place a portion of the cream on each cake and spread it in an even layer.
- Place the cakes on top of each other.
- Spread over the sides and top of the cake.
- Chop up the scraps and crumb the cake.
- Let the cake brew. This usually takes up to 10 hours.
