Ingredients:

Oatmeal flakes, kefir (2.5%), sugar - 1 tbsp.

Flour - 3 tbsp.

Apples, eggs - 1 pc.

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Cinnamon - 8 tsp l.
Cooking method:

  1. Pour kefir over the oatmeal, leave the mixture for 2 hours.
  2. Beat in the eggs, stir until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, cinnamon.
  4. Peel the apple, seeds and stalks.
  5. Grate on a fine grater, add to the flakes.
  6. Add baking powder to the sifted flour.
  7. Knead the dough.
  8. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap the dough in plastic wrap, refrigerate for an hour.
  9. Grease a baking sheet with a little vegetable oil, line with parchment.
  10. Spoon small pieces of dough (the size of a walnut) into lumps, which will then become gingerbread.
  11. Press down the lump lightly, do not flatten it.
  12. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  13. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 C.
