Ingredients:
For a biscuit:
- eggs - 3 pcs;
- flour - 125 g;
- sugar - 100 g;
- vanilla to taste.
For the custard:
- milk - 125 ml;
- yolks - 2 pcs;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l;
- vanilla - to taste;
- corn starch - 13 g;
- butter - 100 g.
For condensed milk cream:
- butter - 120 g;
- condensed milk - 60 ml (or to taste).
For buttercream:
- cream 33% - 150 ml;
- icing sugar - 50 g.
Cooking method:
- Make a biscuit. Combine the eggs with sugar and beat everything with a mixer so that the mass triples and turns white.
- Sift the flour and in several steps add it to the egg mass, stirring from the bottom up.
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and pour out the dough. Bake at 180 degrees until tender, 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare milk cream. Heat the milk in a saucepan. In a separate bowl, whisk the yolks, sugar and starch together. Then gradually add hot milk to the egg mixture and stir vigorously with a whisk. Return the cream to the remaining milk and boil. Add vanilla and butter. Let cool. Whisk in the soft butter and gradually add the cold custard. Whisk again.
- Make a cream with condensed milk. Whisk in the soft butter and stir in the condensed milk while whisking.
- Make buttercream. Whisk in well-chilled cream and gradually add the icing sugar.
- Collect dessert. Put the sponge cake in a glass and soak it well with cream. Top with custard and add the soaked sponge cake again. Next - condensed milk cream, soaked biscuit and butter cream.
How to serve:
Garnish with mint, fresh berries, or chocolate chips.
