If you are tired of regular bread, it's time to try an equally tasty alternative.
Ingredients:
- Coarse wheat flour - 90 gr
- Corn flour - 90 gr
- Wheat flour of the 2nd grade - 90 gr
- Oatmeal flour - 90 gr
- Dry yeast 2 tsp
- Water - 200 ml
- Sour milk or whey - 100 ml
- Ryazhenka - 70 ml
- Natural yogurt - 3 tbsp
- Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Semolina - 120 gr
- Rye groats - 120 gr
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
1. Prepare the dough: slightly heat 200 ml of water, add yeast, sugar and wheat flour, stir and let rise in a warm place.
2. When the dough has doubled, add the rest of the ingredients: first liquid, then flour and additives. Then knead the dough (if it is too steep, you can add a little more warm water).
3. Let it come up in a warm place, then shape the dough into two loaves or one loaf, make one cut on each, put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave in a warm place to proof for 15-20 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the bread for 30-40 minutes, until tender. TIP: In a recipe, you can change the proportions of flour, replace one flour with another, experiment with additives, but the total ratio of dry to liquid ingredients should remain unchanged.
