Small steps
Don't panic when you see a lot of tasks. Take the time to prioritize and only tackle the most urgent tasks. Something can wait a day or two, by which time you will return to your normal work rhythm and begin to understand the whole essence of problems and their solutions.
Delegate
Try to redirect some tasks to your subordinates or acquaintances who are looking for work. And at the same time, make sure that you have not been planted with work that is not in your area of responsibility.
Do not overstrain
After rest, the body is in a calm and comfortable zone. And if after unloading work tasks seem difficult and ridiculous to you, think: do you really need this work. Perhaps you would have done something else with great inspiration and strength would have been found even after the holidays.
