Time is running out and you don't know what to cook for the whole family?

Today we will share a simple reciperice porridge with orange.

Ingredients:

  • 340 ml milk
  • 160 ml cream (35%)
  • 60 g rice
  • 40 g butter
  • 120 g of condensed milk
  • 1 orange
  • 1 vanilla pod
Way cooking:
  1. In a saucepan, combine the cream with the milk and the zest from half the orange. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape off the insides with a knife and, together with the skin, throw them into the milk and cream.
  2. Bring to a boil, add rice, reduce heat and, stirring occasionally, cook until tender (this will take 15-18 minutes). It is imperative to stir, because otherwise the rice will sink to the bottom and burn.
  3. Once the rice is ready, stir in the condensed milk, remove the vanilla and remove from heat.
  4. Let the porridge cool slightly, add a piece of butter, stir a little and serve. Top with garnish the porridge with orange slices, peeled and peeled.
