It's time to change that. Buy yourself what you have wanted for a long time now: a new perfume, a bag or a dress. 2. Take yourself a free evening. Okay, at least part of the evening. Take a bath, watch a movie, go to a beauty salon, arrange a meeting with a friend - relax and finally exhale. And give your husband and children a responsible task of cleaning or preparing food - let them not get bored in your absence.

3. Eat something tasty. If your refrigerator is full of food that cannot be touched until the New Year, and the family is on a "pasta-buckwheat" diet at this time, it's time to buy a small cake. Eat one piece yourself - and share the rest with your loved ones.
