The same is true in the topic of beauty: everyone is advised to establish nutrition, sleep and personal care. What exactly is wrong with nutrition? How quickly to fall asleep if everything in life is going downhill? And what kind of care to choose if there is no normal cosmetologist in the city, and finances sing romances? In this case, rarely anyone gives practical advice.

Today I would like to highlight three important details in the foundation "nutrition, personal care, sleep"to which you should pay attention. If you do not ignore them, then at least the issues of premature aging, bad skin and hair loss will not worry you for a long time. The maximum is that the quality of life will improve, and you will not need to save money for miracle creams and cosmetologists.

Food

What everyone knows: through food, all the necessary amino acids, vitamins, microelements are transferred, which not only support our vital activity, but also a beautiful appearance.

An important detail: food should be varied.

All supporters of the keto diet, high carbohydrate, by blood type, horoscope, etc. - are not universal. Many diets have not been tested at all in medical scientific research. The rest have quite a bit of scientific evidence of pros and cons.

In the entire history of mankind, only one diet has been recognized by doctors and ordinary people who have followed it, universally beneficial and incredibly simple - the Mediterranean. In 2013, it was included in the UNESCO cultural heritage list, recognized as the World Heritage of Humanity. And all because there are few restrictions on food.

The whole secret of the Mediterranean diet is simple: a lot (and most importantly - different) vegetables, whole grains, fruits, olive oil, nuts, fish, meat, even a moderate amount of wine is recommended (but not necessarily). At a minimum, there should be products of industrial processing, and then they are permissible.

A Mediterranean diet will protect you from diabetes, hypertension and other diseases. You don't even need to ask doctors about its risks, they are absent. This diet is pleasing to our immune system and, as a result, our skin.

Personal care

What everyone knows: it's just obvious. However, personal care is not limited to creams, aroma bombs in the bathroom and visits to a beautician. Dental care is important here. The dentist works anxiously to decorate any face and key to any heart - a smile.

An important detail: after each meal (even if you had a quick bite on the street) remove food debris from teeth. No chewing gum or mouthwash is needed here.

As at one time, it was a discovery for me that the reason for the constant dryness of the lips is in the toothpaste with an aggressive composition, which, during brushing, gets on the surface of the lips and dries them.

In short, periodontitis has a profound effect on the functioning of our organs, including the heart. They associate this with the work of the immune system. She does not like bacteria, which in the role of intruders begin to multiply on our gums and other tooth tissues, she begins to fight them back, which is why the whole struggle results in the form of inflammation. But the immune system can overdo it so that inflammatory reactions are possible in the arteries and other organs.

Since poor dental care provokes our immune system, hormones fall under the "hot hand", and along with them - mood swings, stress, exacerbation of depression. All this then backfires on the hair and skin. I had a lot of materials about this on the channel.

I understand perfectly well that beautiful and healthy teeth are not a cheap pleasure. Especially their treatment. But proper care for them will postpone treatment indefinitely, or may not be required at all. Brushing your teeth in the morning and before going to bed with toothpaste is not enough. During the course of time, we consume food, the remains of which remain on our teeth. There she begins to rot, decay into simple sugars (for example, the starch in bread in our mouth breaks down into simple sugars like glucose).

These are all food for bacteria. And they, in turn, secrete acids that are not the most pleasant for the body. Bad breath is an indicator that bacteria are processing food.

Therefore, we ate at home, at work, on the go in the city - do not forget to at least remove the remnants of food with a toothpick. It seems like a trifle, but it will save you from serious problems. If earlier dentists scared the danger of wooden toothpicks (damage the gums, cannot be cleaned from the inside of the teeth, introduce an infection into the oral cavity), then now there is toothpicks approved by the Russian Dental Association.

One of the few useful things for modest money. The Z-shape is convenient in that you can safely clean out food debris from the inside. Made of food-safe plastic and the edges of the spatulas are thin (so that you can clean out the remains of solid food between the teeth), but rounded so that you won't pierce the gum.

Many people confuse it with sleeping pills or sleep hormone, this is wrong. Melatonin is a regulator: in other words, in the daylight it tells us "rise", in the nighttime - "hang up". Melatonin does a complex job, it involves the endocrine and other systems.

So if you're trying to sleep with blue (and even worse - when the) light or stuck on cats in the phone - with a 100% probability, the next day you will be a sluggish installation of the futility of being. And here cosmetics will not help out, none.

Sometimes such simple (and for many - obvious) things must be explained in detail and volumetric, so that they are not forgotten. You can hear on TV a million times that it is important to brush your teeth in the morning. But it is enough to tell once in detail what it can result in - and everything is remembered. Because motivation appears. Motivation not to become ugly. Alas, for many, appearance is more important than some kind of disruption in hormones, for example. But when this failure comes back to haunt the appearance, interest in it increases significantly.
