1) they have been on the market for a long time, not only in Russia, and there are a lot of ill-wishers among competitors (because they are cheap): they write about them constantly. This is a plus: those who believe any anonymous bad review don't load the service :-)
2) everything is strict with couriers there: many who tried to work with them are dissatisfied with the payment and fines, then it turned out that such couriers simply did not spit on the delivery time agreed with the client. The service itself for such a disregarding attitude of couriers then returned money to people, and hackers were fired or fined. In a human way, you can settle the situation, the courier often enough to get in touch in the chat. Now, with the pandemic, the selection of couriers has become even tougher: you either work or are looking for another job;
3) you can solve any non-standard issues: replace the goods in the store - everything can be solved through the courier, or buy something that is not allowed to sell to individuals remotely (I think many people understand what speech).
If your favorite store has self-pickup, you pay for the order to the store, and courier delivery is already in the Deliverist separately.
For the courier to go to the store for you and buy everything according to the list, you can do this:
1) you create an order, write a list of products that you need to buy in the comments - pay part of the delivery so that he does not just go to the store and collect the goods in the cart (jokers in our country full);
2) when the courier has collected the products, he tells you in the chat how much money is required for payment (he can at least take pictures of all the price tags);
3) you create a new order: and add the amount to be paid for the products to the delivery.
4) you pay, the courier will deliver everything to you.

In general, the service has two useful advantages: strict administration in relation to hacks and jokes, as well as solving any issues on the delivery of everything and everyone.
