Growing long hair is my old dream. I drank vitamins, did various masks, but all this did not help. I was especially disappointed by the mustard mask, which caused a real fire on my head. The skin burned even after washing.
After a long time, I decided to experiment again and this time I was lucky. Hair grows before our eyes.
And the super-remedy is vitamin B3 or, more simply, niacin.
Nicotinic acid accelerates blood circulation, which improves the nutrition of hair follicles, accelerates the growth of new hair, starts the process of renewing scalp cells, which "strengthens" the roots.
For greater effectiveness, it is advised to use nicotine every day after washing. But I didn't want to wash out my hair, so my course of 10 ampoules lasted almost three weeks.
For the first time, I bought a regular nicotine for 30 rubles at the pharmacy, but special ampoules for hair of 5 ml are also sold.
Application methods
The first and easiest, but not the most convenient way is rubbing. The contents of the ampoule are distributed over the partings and rubbed into the skin. This method takes a lot of time, and your hands can become numb.
The second method, which I used, was mixed with shampoo. Before use, I mixed the required amount of shampoo and 1 ml ampoule in a separate container. I applied shampoo to the roots without touching the length and left it on for 3-5 minutes.
The third, no less effective method is spraying. An ampoule of nicotine is poured into a spray bottle, other vitamins for the hair are added and sprayed onto the roots.
My course of using nicotine has come to an end, and I can draw the following conclusions:
1. Hair really branches at a good 5 cm
2. The most amazing thing is that nicotine relieved me of dandruff
3. Hair stays clean longer. I noticed this after using three ampoules!
4. The nicotine was comfortable to use as it does not have a pungent odor.
After the recommended break, I will definitely try out specialized niacin for hair.
For me, nicotine has become a real find, but if used carelessly, it can become a big problem. The use of vitamin B3 can cause allergic reactions (itching, burning, redness), dandruff, headache. In this case, you should stop using nicotinic acid.
