I propose to start this fall with a very simple, but at the same time effective morning routine - lymphatic drainage facial massage. It perfectly disperses the lymph, relieving us of morning puffiness. And with regular use, it also has a good effect on skin tone.
This massage is as simple as possible, does not require any special devices, and does not take much time. I admire women who can get up early to make time for themselves. One friend of mine gets up an hour early to do yoga before work. No, you have heard that a person really rises before dawn to "charge himself for the whole day and be in good shape." A woman wants to be beautiful, a woman makes a dog face down in the morning and Ashtanga Namaskar.
I'm not that kind of woman. My morning begins with a series of alarm clock translations, then I rise from under the covers, then I persuade myself not to lie back and try not to be carried on by the provocation of the inviting bed. Therefore, any action that requires effort is doomed to failure in the morning. The massage takes 3 minutes, this is what you need.
Lymphatic drainage facial massage
Our task is to disperse the lymph, to help her wake up. And she will help us wake up. Before the massage, you can drink a glass of warm water and do capillary body gymnastics, or at least a few exercises. If there are no problems with the back, but there are problems with the neighbors below, who did not allow you to fall asleep at night, you can do 50-100 small jumps in place, while holding your chest with your hands. Or 50-100 heel lifts, but the heels should not knock on the floor. It would be nice to stretch your neck, twist, gently worship.
Recently, I showed on my channel a video where I did a similar massage with a cream that allowed the skin to not stretch. Today I want to show one more way - this is light vibrational finger patting. Remember how sometimes cream is applied in the movies - with gentle tapping movements with the pads of your fingers. No need to press on the skin, no need to stretch it in any way.
We will move along the massage lines, moving to the lymph nodes (without touching them). I combine this massage with the application of care - I apply a tonic, then a cream.
We tilt our head to the left and with light (!) Movements we slap the lateral right surface of the neck with our fingers. We move from top to bottom, from the lymph nodes under the jaw to the clavicular. After 30-60 seconds, tilt your head to the right and repeat.
Then we pay attention to the chin. From the middle of the chin we move to the ears. Left hand to left, right to right. There is a special massage for the neck and chin area, if you are interested, let me know.
Next we move on to the face. From the center of the chin with gentle patting movements we go to the earlobe. You can do about 5 approaches and move on to the next zone.
From the corners of the mouth, which begin to sink down with age (this happens especially quickly when there is problems with posture and pelvis) we move to the middle of the ear, there we have parotid lymphatic nodes. We also do 30-60 seconds.
From the center of the face, we always move to the periphery. I never massage the area around the eyes when I massage with cream or oil. When I do a patting massage, I very gently move along the bone towards the temples. I do not touch the area directly under the eyes, although I saw various techniques. I believe that the skin there requires maximum care.
From the center of the forehead, I go to the temples, while not forgetting to "lower" everything to the supraclavicular lymph nodes. The movement is like this - I pat from the center to the temples, then I go down from the temples. We also do 30-60 seconds.
It is useful to finish the lymphatic drainage massage by stroking the skin upwards. Just gently, doing 5-7 movements on each zone, stroke yourself from the bottom up. You can say kind words and praise, you are a GOOD MAN!
