And they come to it when there are already consequences. Of course, there are girls and women who build their proper skin care, which includes protection. Of course, there are women who, without using protection, remain happy with their skin.

Pigmented spot on the forehead - what to do
I used to love to sunbathe. And my skin is pale and tans for a very long time and hard. And so, in order to strengthen and speed up the tan, I began to try on oils. It was about 7 years ago, when I didn't hear much about SPF creams, but I did learn about tanning oils. Okay, I found out, I began to actively apply it.
In fact, you don't need to do this: oil increases the negative impact of the rays, multiplying it. And instead of softening this effect with a cream with protection, I tossed firewood. Well, here it is, a carefree youth.
As a result, I got a small age spot on my forehead. But also not small. It's good that I was smart enough not to start getting rid of it that summer. I began to fight him according to all the rules, already quite deep in autumn, the spot became lighter, almost disappeared. But with the coming of spring it came back. I didn't tan anymore, but the pigmentation process was started.
The next year, I already knew about protective creams, and started using them in the spring. And this is what the result on the face means - the stain did not become brighter thanks to the SPF cream.
What a good SPF cream gives
From exposure to ultraviolet radiation in women, pigmentation often occurs, we are especially prone to its appearance with various hormonal changes and disruptions. Unfortunately, ultraviolet light is not the only reason. But in any case, without protection, it will grow even faster, even if the reason is internal, as it will be a double provocation. Therefore, if there is already a problem, there is no way without cream. Recommendations are different, someone advises SPF-30 for the city, someone 50. Now I always use SPF-50, for more than one year. Before that, I had thirty.
We all know that the sun does more harm than good, especially long-term exposure to it. Therefore, protection is still needed, even if there are no spots.
And we I don't want to grow old. I would like to smooth out age-related changes as much as possible, and hardly anyone wants to aggravate and emphasize them. The cream with protection helps us in the fight for youth, as ultraviolet light works mercilessly for the aging process.

In Asian protective creams, the RA mark is used, which means that the cream also protects against type A rays, the more + the better. Good Asian creams have SPF-50 and RA ++++.
