I didn't know what day of self-isolation was going on (I personally have the twelfth, and yours?), funny pictures appear: I change 2 packs of buckwheat to the address of an underground hairdresser, 4 rolls of paper to new manicure. The fact that we still have a sense of humor is certainly good, but more and more I meet in social networks, serious posts with a request to write in a personal to the masters who are now continuing work.
A beautiful manicure, which many did by March 8, treacherously grew. The paint washed off the gray hair, exposing the gray areas. The men's beards, sharpened in barbershops, have turned into ugly bushes of a drunken and lazy gardener. On the legs and not only there is no former smoothness, which was given by the master of shugaring. On the head, instead of a model haircut, vortices are already swirling at the temples and neck. The extended eyelashes fall into the sink when you wash your face...
We are used to using beauty services, it is now available, you can choose a master according to your wallet. Together with the service, we get a great mood, and some, even self-confidence.
It is scary to be unemployed, the precarious financial condition makes many now take risks, accepting clients at home. People were divided into 2 camps. First, they took our work away, they don't want to help with loans / rent, but want to eat. Second, we are responsible both for our own health and for the health of others, therefore it is necessary, then it is necessary. We sit and do not rock the boat.
I think that many masters are in a stalemate. What if you are a single mother of two children, live in a rented apartment, for which you have to pay, God forbid you have a loan or rent a workplace? Like a hunted beast, you decide to take risks. There are simply people who do not take this all seriously, do not believe, and do not see the point in refusing to work.
I don't want to touch on any political issues here and write what the authorities should have done and what not. Although I have something to say, I'm sure you do too. I want to touch only on the topic of home services in self-isolation in terms of client safety.
In beauty salons, there are certain sanitary standards that they must comply with. Compliance with such norms at home depends only on the master. There are masters who equip a separate room for themselves, carry out good wet cleaning of all surfaces in it at the end of the day, regularly air them. And there are those who simply put the manicure table in the corner and the presence of clients does not in any way affect the frequency of cleaning. They have a good wet cleaning only before Easter and New Year. And if at normal times this is unlikely to threaten us with something serious, now it can play an evil and even terrible joke.
The best thing that you can do now for yourself and for society is to shorten your contacts. And if a master can be pushed to receive clients at his home by a difficult financial situation (although I am not making excuses for anyone), then what pushes you to go to him? If you are now worried about the beauty of your nails, hair, eyelashes, think about it, isn't it selfish? Maybe you should start with yourself, and not scold the authorities and the whole world? No master can guarantee you a safe reception now. Even if he is wearing a mask and gloves, this is not a panacea, alas.
