Heroines often come to the "Fashionable Verdict", who are asked to change their clothes by their relatives, who want to return their lost beauty and youth. And sometimes there are more interesting and completely unobvious problems or requests that are put forward by others. For example, it happened with 44-year-old Larisa, the mother of an adult son, who often spends time with him and with his friends.
Larissa does not recognize her growing up and still dresses in outfits that would be more suitable for a young girl who is endlessly in love with denim. The heroine wears ripped jeans, comfortable overalls, short shorts, combining them with a comfortable black color.
Of course, black and classic blue denim look great together. But the son would like his mother to dress appropriately for his age and switch from bored denim to flowing dresses and graceful heels.

Son's choice and own
The first and third outfits became the choice of her son, Larisa chose the second image on her own.
1. Short plaid shirt dress
It is hard to imagine anyone who does not go with the classic tartan print. The image with him sounds completely different, taking on all the chic of the Scottish style.
In Larissa's case, the shirt dress fits her nicely, but the bottom part is missing. If not in the form of a skirt or classic trousers, then tight-fitting leggings, leather pants or jeans, favorite of the heroine.
Suede ankle boots, creating a harmonious total look with a red shirt, would look better if they were in a cowboy style with a wider ankle area. And perhaps taller authentic Cossack boots would have been even better.
2. Blouse with puffy sleeves and yellow pleated skirt
The most unfortunate image of all six proposed in the release. The yellow skirt is good both in color and in its simplicity, ready for a variety of combinations, which is not to say about a blouse.
The black color makes the image of the blonde heroine gloomy, adds age, the cut with voluminous long sleeves and wide shoulders makes an almost black square out of the upper body.
Instead, a chiffon blouse of an adjacent cut would fit here, but with a floral print and a different color. Or a blouse with buttons, sleeveless and with an American armhole, as well as strict lapels.
3. Chiffon dress with fine crystals
The lightweight fabric is densely embroidered with small crystals that take the basic black color away from the gloom inherent in the monochrome black blouse from the previous look. And yet, Larisa obviously lacks color or light in this dress, because flickering and diluted black do not help much.
The dress needs either a different color or a cut that would reveal the heroine's figure, for example, sleeveless or with a more confident V-neck. And, of course, yellow shoes are out of place here, as are black tights. Graceful sandals with thin jumpers are asking here.
The choice of stylists
Beauty professionals have not changed the image of Larisa too much. Her hair was shortened to a short square, her blond was slightly toned.
In the previous makeup, the eyebrows were heavily darkened, which always make the face more severe and frowned. Makeup artists took the trouble to lighten the brow line by delicately highlighting the eyes.
1. Elegant and casual sport chic
The first look from the stylists was easy to wear and understand. It was assembled from a fitted leather jacket worn over a yellow satin blouse, combined with black trousers with stripes.
This outfit perfectly demonstrates the "correction of mistakes" regarding the second image of the heroine. Black and yellow can perfectly coexist in the same style, only you need to combine them correctly, not allowing black to absorb the area near the face.
2. Femininity with a brutal accent
Typically, the show's stylists offer a beige plaid coat, which becomes a great interpretation of British style for the demi-season. This time, the fashion professionals ditched beige and another warm shade quite wisely.
Larisa's appearance requires colder or refreshing colors, therefore a black and white checkered coat with pattern "houndstooth" was ideal as outerwear, complementing a light red dress with a small pattern. Accessories are matched to contrast with the softness of the base: leather, zippers, high sole do not allow the image to become common and too cloying.
3. Pleated Sky Blue Dress
The brightest, most beautiful, refreshing and eye-catching image. And all due to the dazzling ice-blue shade of the dress, which in a different color would have looked completely different. The color of the dress perfectly matches the color type of the heroine, whose eyes and hair are highlighted with its help.
Shoes and handbag are in harmony with the dress in terms of mood and "temperature". Metallic silver perfectly suits this sparkling and “crisp” look.
