Their style changes after childbirth: tight-fitting clothes are replaced by loose, baggy things, and the choice is increasingly shifting towards comfort rather than beauty. But this is not about 27-year-old Alena, who after the birth of a child found herself in a weight of +40 kg.
Eccentric style for mommy on maternity leave
Alena is in her second marriage and recently gave birth to her second child, which was rather a favor to her husband and a sacrifice on her part. The husband does not reproach the heroine for gaining excess weight, but with nostalgia he recalls the times when his beloved woman wore dresses and skirts.
Now she lives on social networks, for which she dresses like a city crazy, expressing herself in tight clothes, bright outfits that reveal legs, also trying on an eccentric make-up with false eyelashes and rich colors.
Alena does not experience complexes about extra pounds and says that she does not like minimalism and robes. All her clothes are an attempt to attract the attention of others and stir up her husband, making him jealous.
She likes to be paid attention to, she likes to receive compliments, but the decree does not contribute to this. She feels herself locked in four walls, from which she suffers greatly, missing her former freedom and an interesting eventful life.
The stylists of "Fashionable Sentence" needed to change the style of the curvy short heroine, presenting her forms not so defiantly, but also not avoiding minimalism, which sickened her.

1. Leather trouser set with white blouse
The first image from the "folk stylist" was a set of a long leather jacket, leather trousers and a white blouse, which was combined with white sneakers. A red miniature backpack echoed with a black and red handkerchief. The heroine liked the leather trousers, she did not even imagine that such a model could be found for her size.
Skin is, in principle, a dangerous choice for a massive plus size, because it increases both physically, due to its volume, and visually, due to its radiance. Moreover, leather trousers here clearly fit the lower abdomen, emphasizing it.
2. Leopard print dress
The second choice is a leopard dress with a very large neckline, from under which the heroine's lace bodice peeps out. The image itself is very stylish, complete and self-sufficient, and a hat and brutal shoes fit perfectly into it. But such a dress model, no matter how good it is, emphasized by a belt, makes the heroine lower and squat. If we discard this moment, then the image is very solid.
3. Retro look with pleated skirt and cardigan
For the third exit, the stylist chose a radically different image. Here a pleated skirt with large pleats paired with a mustard cardigan made of fine knitwear, and a beige beret with suede ankle boots.
The image is fundamentally different from the two previous ones, but the heroine is rather not suitable for its energy. It is discordant with the image of the eccentric Alena, who is at ease in biker style with leather and army boots, rather than in a modest retro outfit alien to her.

Before the transformation, Alena said that she was very afraid of cut hair and black. They did not repaint it in dark, only removing the pink and making the blond more natural and even, with a small addition of ash. The hair was tamed, making it thicker, giving the hair volume due to the new shade and light wave.
1. Red top with asymmetrical skirt
The stylists offered Alena a very unusual outfit, in which the main thing is the asymmetry of the lines, the cut and the contrast of red, pink and white. A red blouse with an open neckline is complemented by a long skirt made of a combined material, heavy sneakers and a handbag play in the same range.
Focus on the diagonal line, which distracts attention from the fullness, which is often a winning technique for masking a full figure. On the other hand, the blouse focuses on the massive and upper body, emphasizing the fullness of the shoulders.
2. Fringe short coat with jeans and sneakers
The second look is comfortable, pragmatic, but with a twist. The checkered jacket-coat is decorated in the upper part with a long black fringe, which the heroine really liked.
The black fringe adds dynamics to the outfit and hides the fullness in the upper body area, while contrasting with the bright pink turtleneck sweater. Alyona also really liked the loose jeans and multicolored sneakers, who was both comfortable and beautiful.
3. Dress with wide vertical stripes
The evening look is presented in the form of a long fitted A-line dress, from which the heroine was delighted. She had never looked at such outfits before, which seemed to her "hoodie", but, as it turned out, such models suit her very much. They highlight the waist, stretching the silhouette with vertical lines, visually adding height and decreasing weight - what Alena needs so much.
This technique is used by many designers who produce dresses for plump ones with a trompe l'oeil effect, that is, with a trick print that creates the optical illusion of a slimmer body.
