Of course, in this case, you have to first burn calories, and only then proceed to rest in the open air and the hot sun. On the other hand, no one should suffer from obesity at all - even people living in the north. A bulging belly, as you know, makes itself felt through clothing.
But back to family traditions. My grandmother, great-grandmother and other ancestors lived in the Caucasus. This means that they have never been deprived of kefir. For those who are "in the tank", I explain that the birthplace of kefir is the Caucasus. And there is also a hellebore (wintering) plant that cleanses the intestines. Its roots contain poison, but the concentration of the latter is so low that it is impossible to poison yourself with hellebore. Or it is still possible, but only when collecting and using its roots in large quantities. And I am offering to buy a ready-made dry mass of hellebore and look into the supermarket to buy fresh low-fat kefir. After that, you can start preparing the recipe:
• Fill in 3 tbsp. dry mass of hellebore 0.5 boiled water;
• We wrap a hot jar with a solution with a towel so that the product infuses and keeps warm for about 5-6 hours;
• The ready-made solution should be mixed with kefir in a ratio of 1: 3 and drunk in a glass before meals.
Moreover, kefir must be warm so that the drink is quickly absorbed. You will have to drink 5-6 glasses of elixir per day. This amount will reduce the desire to eat and drink a lot. It is not for nothing that you need to drink the drink before a meal.
