For two years of active purchases on the Chinese site, I did not have any particular problems and misunderstandings. The fate of the expectation-reality series did not comprehend me. Because I always carefully select the sellers, study the reviews and in a second I can distinguish the wound ones from the real ones. And I absolutely know "my" things and styles. This is one of the most important things to do when shopping online.

But recently something happened that I never expected...

I ordered this wonderful handbag ...

I opened a dispute, wrote to the seller, the seller himself was in a misunderstanding and insisted that he had sent the right product. Aliexpress ruled against the dispute in my favor and recommended to settle the issue with the seller.

As a result, the transport company was to blame and I had to prove something, write a claim, in general, do unnecessary actions for which I had absolutely no time.

And somehow I felt hurt and bitter... shared her bad mood with the seller... And he took and sent me another bag.

I received it a few days ago and it turned out to be great. Thank you dear friend! For honesty and decency :)

This is what I mean: people on the other end of the line too. There are good ones, there are not very good ones. But there are more good ones. And in any unpleasant situation, you need to write to the seller. And most likely he will try to fix everything.

And if the seller has an easy return service, it's even easier:

  • Open a dispute
  • Choose an item - return of money and goods
  • Indicate the reason for the dispute - a convenient return
  • Specify the refund amount
  • Click send
  • After confirming your request, within 5 days, click on the "Get track number" button. He will need to be called in the mail
  • Within 15 days, you need to take the goods to the post office (I pack the parcel at home, most often in the same package in which the goods came to me). In the mail, say that you want to make an easy return to Aliexpress. There they ask you for a return code (see above) and pack it in a free package. You don't need to pay anything there!
  • And that's all, you are waiting for a refund to the same card with which you paid for the order. I usually get a refund within two weeks.
