We present a new selection of plastic surgeries with an emphasis on lifting the lower third of the face. With age, this part of the face sags, and it "creeps" down, merging with the neck. For some, flews are formed from loss of elasticity, for others, a double chin appears from excess weight, and the neck often suffers with sagging skin. Sometimes all these signs are combined with each other, and all this becomes a big problem in adulthood, after 50-60 years, when it is no longer possible to do without plastic surgery.
Introducing 7 mature women before and after plastic surgery for lifting the lower third of the face. They all had different problems, but the result is equally excellent.
Patient No. 1
For many years, this woman with a deformative type of aging dreamed of gaining a sharper face shape and getting rid of this "bag" of skin and fatty tissue in the neck and chin. Finally, she decided to undergo plastic surgery that transformed her face. The patient underwent a facelift, neck plastic surgery, which formed an oval in a new way. In addition, she underwent upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift.
Patient No. 2
This woman wanted to have a facelift, but was very afraid of general anesthesia. And she didn't have to! The main problem of the patient was flapping, making the oval sagging, and excess loose skin in the neck. The lifting operation was performed under local anesthesia. In the photo before, where the woman is already wearing makeup, you can appreciate how much she has changed.
Patient No. 3
This patient underwent an operation called face restyling. The main goal was not rejuvenation, but the formation of the oval again. For this, a liposuction operation had to be performed with the removal of excess adipose tissue and subsequent lifting of the lower third of the face. As a result of the operation, the woman got rid of her heavy sagging cheeks and double chin, gaining a clear oval that she had in her youth.
